An indigo blue drinking cup made out of enamel for major imperial banquets.The symbol and initials refer to the birth name of His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie I.
ተ (T) ተፈሪ (Teferi) መ (M) መኮንን (Mekonnen).
It is unlike other drinking utensils due to its pronounced length, dimension and
indigo-blue colour (white inside). That makes it unique and original.
It is on display at the refurbished Grand Palace in Addis Ababa.
